The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the ordering solution and any specially agreed terms. The card will be charged the same day the item is sent. <\/p>\n When paying with an invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued upon shipment of the item. The payment deadline appears on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. <\/p>\n Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice. Delivery has taken place when the buyer, or his representative, has taken over the item.<\/p>\n If the delivery time does not appear from the ordering solution, the seller shall deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order from the customer. All calendar days are included in the deadline. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, public holiday or holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day. <\/p>\n The withdrawal period is considered to have been met if notification has been sent before the expiry of the deadline. The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be in writing (withdrawal form, e-mail or letter). <\/p>\n The withdrawal period begins to run from the date the buyer received the item.<\/p>\n When purchasing individual items, the withdrawal period will run from the day after the item(s) is received. When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notification of use of the right of withdrawal being given. The buyer covers the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to provide information that the buyer shall cover the return costs. The seller cannot set a fee for the buyer’s use of the right of withdrawal. <\/p>\n The buyer can try or test the item in a responsible manner to determine the item’s nature, properties and function, without the right of withdrawal lapsing. If trying or testing the item goes beyond what is reasonable and necessary, the buyer may be liable for any reduced value of the item. <\/p>\n The seller is obliged to repay the purchase amount to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the buyer’s decision to use the right of withdrawal. The seller has the right to withhold payment until he has received the goods from the buyer, or until the buyer has submitted documentation that the goods have been sent back. If the seller does not deliver the item or delivers it too late in accordance with the agreement between the parties, and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer’s side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in chapter 5 of the Consumer Purchase Act, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase amount, demand fulfilment, cancel the agreement and\/or demand compensation from the seller.<\/p>\n In the event of claims for breach of contract, the notification should be in writing for reasons of evidence (for example, e-mail).<\/p>\n Fulfilment<\/strong><\/p>\n The buyer can maintain the purchase and demand fulfilment from the seller. However, the buyer cannot demand fulfilment if there is an obstacle that the seller cannot overcome, or if fulfilment will entail such a large disadvantage or cost for the seller that it is significantly disproportionate to the buyer’s interest in the seller fulfilling. Should the difficulties disappear within a reasonable time, the buyer can nevertheless demand fulfilment. <\/p>\n The buyer loses his right to demand fulfilment if he or she waits an unreasonably long time to make the claim.<\/p>\n Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n If the seller does not deliver the item at the time of delivery, the buyer shall encourage the seller to deliver within a reasonable additional deadline for fulfilment. If the item or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint deadline is five years. <\/p>\n If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer’s side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchase Act, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase amount, choose between rectification and redelivery, demand a price reduction, demand that the agreement be cancelled and\/or demand compensation from the seller.<\/p>\n Complaints to the seller should be in writing.<\/p>\n Rectification or redelivery<\/strong><\/p>\n The buyer can choose between demanding that the defect be rectified or delivery of a corresponding item. However, the seller can object to the buyer’s claim if the implementation of the claim is impossible or causes the seller unreasonable costs. Rectification or redelivery shall be carried out within a reasonable time. The seller does not in principle have the right to carry out more than two remedial attempts for the same defect. <\/p>\n Price reduction<\/strong><\/p>\n The buyer can demand a suitable price reduction if the item is not rectified or redelivered. This means that the relationship between the reduced and agreed price corresponds to the relationship between the item’s value in defective and contractual condition. The seller will also, depending on the circumstances, be able to demand interest in the event of late payment, collection fees and a reasonable fee for uncollected goods. <\/p>\n Fulfilment<\/strong><\/p>\n The seller can maintain the purchase and demand that the buyer pay the purchase amount. If the item has not been delivered, the seller loses his right if he waits an unreasonably long time to make the claim. <\/p>\n Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n The seller can cancel the agreement if there is a material breach of payment or other material breach on the buyer’s side. However, the seller cannot cancel if the entire purchase amount has been paid. \nIf a subscription is sold, or the agreement involves regular delivery of identical goods, the deadline runs from the day after the first shipment is received.
